JoinBuyersList.com provides real-estate investors and buyers with access to wholesale, off-market and investment property opportunities and related communications. Information may be delivered through the website, email, SMS, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

3. No Guarantee of Information or Deals

Property information, pricing, availability, condition, photographs, estimates, projected returns and other deal information may be supplied by third parties or change without notice. JoinBuyersList.com does not guarantee that any property, deal or information is accurate, complete, current, available or suitable for any particular buyer.

4. Buyer Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making an offer or entering into any transaction.
