70% of ARV to 100% Financing
90% of Purchase Price or Value AS IS
For Lower Rates and Longer Terms we need a Bank Statement and Credit Score.For the Higher Rates toward 9 and 10%, we wont need anything in most cases.
Some Deals are subject to BPO/ Appraisal.
